How to use QuintoAndar’s new AI-powered search:
1. Open the app
Download or update the QuintoAndar app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
You don’t need to be logged in to use the feature—but if you are, the tool can learn from your past searches and make better suggestions over time.
2. Type or say what you’re looking for
Tap the blue button in the corner of the screen to open the AI chat and start your search. Unlike traditional search filters, this tool lets you use natural language to describe what you want.
For example: “apartment with balcony and open view” or “I want a place with an open kitchen and lots of natural light.”
If your query brings up too many results, the tool will ask follow-up questions to help narrow it down.
Tip: To get more accurate results, try to include physical descriptions of the property—such as colors, materials, or finishes. Subjective terms like “I want a beautiful kitchen” may vary in meaning. Instead, specify what that means for you—for example: “I want a kitchen with black countertops and white walls.” The more detailed you are, the better the results will match your preferences.
3. Explore personalized results
Listings are ranked by relevance. Each result comes with tags that help explain the match, such as “has everything you’re looking for” or “doesn’t include covered parking.”
