About the Rent Index
The index analyzes information collected from a combination of closed contract values by QuintoAndar and Imovelweb's listing database. All of this is done to reveal the monthly variation in rental prices in major cities.
The values of signed contracts and property listings are also highlighted to determine the average rental price in different neighborhoods and cities, generating exclusive results that are closer to reality.
