QuintoAndar launches a real estate consortium with cashback and a 5-year withdrawal option

The new product’s total cost is up to 50% lower than a financing plan, and it offers exclusive benefits for those who choose one of the more than 200,000 properties available on QuintoAndar.

QuintoAndar, the largest digital housing platform in Latin America, launches its Real Estate Consortium, one of the fastest-growing property purchasing models among Brazilians, now with unprecedented benefits. The product arrives to broaden the range of options for those who wish to own their own property, offering transparency, predictability, and financial support. Unlike financing, there is no down payment or interest on installments.

In a high-interest-rate scenario, the consortium has established itself as an important credit alternative in the market. According to the Brazilian Association of Consortium Administrators (Abac), from January to May 2025, the sector’s business volume totaled R$186.55 billion. The real estate segment, in particular, saw a 44.7% increase in sales compared to the same period last year.

10% Cashback: In cases of selection by lottery or bid, clients who choose to buy a property through the QuintoAndar platform receive 10% cashback on the value of the credit letter (starting from R$20,000). The amount can be used freely: to supplement the property payment, for renovations, or even to pay for transactional costs (ITBI, notary fees).

Option to withdraw the accumulated balance after 5 years: When choosing to purchase the property on the QuintoAndar platform, the contract holder can request the withdrawal of the accumulated balance after paying 60 installments (5 years), granting the participant more control and predictability over the purchasing journey. This benefit contrasts with traditional consortium options, which operate exclusively with lotteries and bids, in addition to penalties for withdrawal.

100% digital and secure experience: The entire process is carried out online, from simulation and contracting to tracking the share, bids, and meeting results – under the management of Bamaq, one of the largest companies in this market.
