QuintoAndar ranks 1st among real estate agencies in a survey electing the brands most loved in Rio

The survey, conducted by the newspaper ‘O Globo’ in partnership with TroianoBranding, has been carried out since 2010.

QuintoAndar, the largest housing platform in Latin America, took first place in the “Marca dos Cariocas” survey, in the “Real Estate Agencies” category, as the most remembered and admired by Rio residents.

The survey, conducted by the newspaper “O Globo” in partnership with the consultancy TroianoBranding, is now in its 16th edition and features a sample of 2,150 interviewees (with an average of more than 450 votes for each category).

In the text of the newspaper “O Globo”, the innovation in solutions presented by QuintoAndar in 2025, in a year of advances in the real estate market, is pointed out as a differentiator for this achievement.

Cited are the QPreço tool, which crosses internal and public data, geolocation, and incorporates the market’s transactional history to indicate values with greater precision to those wishing to advertise, and the search with generative artificial intelligence (AI), which understands preferences to make life easier for those looking to buy or rent a property.

The Consórcio QuintoAndar is also highlighted as the big bet of the year. The novelty brings several benefits, such as 10% cashback on the use of the credit letter in the purchase of a property advertised on the site and the chance to withdraw the amount after five years.
