With Amyr Klink, QuintoAndar launches campaign and reinforces security for owners

The campaign ‘Anything can happen’ talks about Guaranteed Payment and features a new content series led by Patrícia Pomerantzeff from Doma Arquitetura.

QuintoAndar, the largest housing platform in Latin America, is launching the “Anything can happen” campaign. Developed in partnership with the GUT agency and starring navigator and writer Amyr Klink, the initiative transforms the unpredictability of a sea expedition into a metaphor for life. It reinforces that, in the real estate market, there is a safe harbor: the Guaranteed Payment, a QuintoAndar solution that ensures landlords receive their rent payment, even if the tenant is late.

With the concept “Anything can happen. But with QuintoAndar, the rent payment is never late,” the campaign uses Amyr Klink’s journey to symbolize the solidity of QuintoAndar’s commitment: even in the face of everyday unforeseen events, the rent will always be paid on time.

“Our priority is to create solutions that solve our clients’ real pain points. In the case of landlords, we know the importance of receiving payment on time and the freedom that this predictability provides. That’s why the Guaranteed Payment, a key differentiator for QuintoAndar, is so fundamental: it ensures peace of mind and security so that our clients can live better, without worrying about delays,” explains Flávia Mussalem, Marketing Director at QuintoAndar.

The solution’s unique advantage becomes even more relevant when considering the situation of many landlords in Brazil: a QuintoAndar survey (Habitar 50+) showed that 78% of them rely on rent as supplementary income, making the predictability of receiving it even more crucial.

The campaign will debut during the broadcast of the “Vale Tudo” soap opera in the metropolitan regions of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Campinas. The media strategy also includes broadcast and cable TV, out-of-home (OOH) media, and digital platforms.

Never Adrift: QuintoAndar’s new content series

The campaign includes a robust content pillar to deepen the connection with the public. The “Never Adrift” series, which will be hosted by architect Patrícia Pomerantzeff of Doma Arquitetura, will explore weekly how the Guaranteed Payment works in practice. The production, which will be fully available on YouTube with adapted clips for Instagram and Facebook, features testimonials from real QuintoAndar landlord clients, reinforcing authenticity and trust. The series, scheduled to premiere at the end of September, aims to inspire the public with stories from QuintoAndar landlords sharing their experiences with the brand.
