QuintoAndar, the largest housing platform in Latin America, has launched its new campaign in Belo Horizonte. Centered around the theme “The story continues at QuintoAndar,” the campaign stars renowned Minas Gerais chef Léo Paixão, who recalls special moments in his former apartment — the place where his children discovered new flavors and where he created original recipes.
The campaign highlights that every home carries unique memories, and that these stories gain a new chapter the moment a property is rented and welcomes a new resident. QuintoAndar positions itself as the guardian of these stories, taking care of the property and offering peace of mind to landlords through exclusive solutions, such as Damage Protection, which provides coverage for any property damage at the end of the rental agreement.
“We know a home is much more than just walls — it holds stories, achievements, and memories. With this campaign, we want to show that when renting with QuintoAndar, property owners in Minas Gerais can give their home a new purpose with complete security and peace of mind,” says Flávia Mussalem, the company’s Marketing Director. “We close more than 12,000 new rental contracts every month, which gives us a unique perspective on how to take care of properties with care and efficiency. We’ve created exclusive solutions to ensure that every owner knows their property is being looked after by those who care most about homes across Brazil,” she explains.
Belo Horizonte is the first city in Brazil to receive an exclusive, personalized campaign from QuintoAndar, specially designed to meet the needs of the local public. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment, which in 2025 announced a robust project to strengthen its presence in the capital and drive transformation in the local real estate market. “We’re very excited to take this step and reinforce our presence in such a strategic city for QuintoAndar’s growth,” says Mussalem.
The campaign debuts with a 30-second film airing during primetime on TV Globo, and will also be rolled out across other platforms, including digital channels, QuintoAndar’s owned media, Out of Home placements throughout key locations in the city, as well as radio, cable TV, and Spotify.
Team of local ambassadors helps QuintoAndar amplify its message and connect with the local audience
Alongside chef Léo Paixão (@leonardopaixao), Cris Pàz (@eucrisguerra) and architect Edu Mendes (@doedu.com.br) are also joining the conversation. In the second phase of the campaign, they’ll highlight other key features of QuintoAndar’s offerings, such as guaranteed rent payments. Each ambassador, in their own way, will share stories, memories, and personal experiences that show how a home is much more than just a set of keys — and how QuintoAndar is part of that journey.
